What's New for the 2027 Nissan Murano?
Moving into 2027, Nissan has phased out the previous entry-level SV trim. Replacing it is the head-turning Dark Armor model, featuring stealthy dark accents. A newly added Snow driving mode is standard on all versions.
What Are the 2027 Murano Trims & Features?
Nissan offers the latest Murano in three distinct configurations: SL, Dark Armor, and Platinum.
The well-appointed Murano SL serves as the entry-level option. Key standard tech includes a 12.3-inch NissanConnect touchscreen supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Prima-Tex upholstery, heated front seats, and an HD Enhanced Intelligent Around View Monitor.
The Dark Armor edition features bold blacked-out design elements. It builds on the line with 21-inch dark alloy wheels, sport bumpers, a panoramic moonroof, and a 10-speaker Bose sound system.
At the apex of the range is the ultra-luxurious Platinum trim. It elevates cabin comfort with massaging climate-controlled front seats, heated rear seats, soft quilted semi-aniline leather, and pull-up rear sunshades.
How Much Horsepower Does the 2027 Murano Have?
The SUV is powered by an advanced VC-Turbo four-cylinder engine pumping out 241 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. It connects to a responsive nine-speed automatic transmission for quiet, capable cruising. Standard Intelligent All-Wheel Drive constantly monitors surface grip to adapt to changing weather.
What Safety Features Does the 2027 Murano Include?
Confidence comes standard thanks to the included Nissan Safety Shield 360 suite. Features like Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection help drivers prevent front-end collisions. Additional standard active safety tech includes Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Rear Automatic Braking, Lane Departure Warning, and High Beam Assist.
The optional Invisible Hood View feature helps drivers navigate tight spaces by showing what lies directly ahead. Highway commuters can also utilize ProPILOT Assist 2.1 for hands-free driving capabilities.
