Five Trims, Sports Models & New Standards
S, SV and SL are the three standard trims offered on the 2017 Nissan Juke in Duluth. However, you can also go for one of the sportier models: the NISMO or NISMO RS.
Across all Juke examples you'll find great standard features, including Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control, keyless ignition/entry, Siri Eyes Free and hands-free text messaging. Move up to one of the NISMO models and you could reap the benefits of a sportier suspension, sport seats, a stronger engine and a more premium cabin.
A few changes have been made to the SV and SL trims this year. Both receive 17-inch machine-finished aluminum-alloy wheels. The SV also gets the Cold Weather Package, which adds heated seats and heated outside mirrors.
Turbo Engine
A 188-horseower turbo 1.6L four-cylinder, delivering 177 lb.-ft. of torque is fitted on all models aside from the NISMO RS. It comes with a CVT, but if you get the standard NISMO, you can opt for a six-speed manual instead.
The NIMSO RS gets an upgraded version of the engine. On front-wheel drive models, it offers 215 horsepower and 210 lb.-ft. of torque. All-wheel drive variants output 211 horsepower and 184 lb.-ft. of torque. A CVT or six-speed manual can be mated to the engine.
Safety Features
A rearview camera is standard on the Juke. Noted in multiple 2017 Nissan Juke reviews, this piece of technology assists drivers when pulling in and out of tight parking spaces. It helps prevent avoidable accidents. In addition to this, the crossover comes standard with antilock brakes, traction control, stability control and airbags.
