Sentra Trims and Features

The 2017 Nissan Sentra in the Atlanta area is offered in a total of six trims this year: S, SV, SR, SR Turbo, SL and NISMO. Starting on the SV trim, the compact car is outfitted with a leather-wrapped steering wheel, keyless entry and ignition, Bluetooth audio, satellite radio and a 5-inch touchscreen with NissanConnect. For a more sporty appearance, the SR trim wears a sport body kit, LED headlights, foglights, 17-inch alloy wheels and upgraded upholstery with heated front seats. The new SR Turbo builds on those features with performance tunings, along with a sunroof. The new Sentra NISMO features a variety of high-performance outfits and accessories, starting with red-and-black sport seats with bolsters, a tachometer and faux carbon fiber interior accents throughout the cabin. On the outside, the model has a variety of exclusive styling features, including red striping, an exhaust finisher, a V-Motion grille and more.

Newly Available Turbo Engine

The standard engine on the Sentra is a 1.8-liter four-cylinder, which makes 130 horsepower and 128 pound-feet of torque. Most trims have a continuously variable automatic transmission, however, a six-speed manual gearbox is standard on the S trim. If you're looking to spice up the daily commute, the SR Turbo may be more your speed. The model swaps the base engine for a 1.6-liter turbo four rated at 188 hp and 177 pound-feet of torque, and can be had with a six-speed manual or a specially designed CVT with manual mode. SR Turbo models also show off with top-notch performance upgrades, such as a sport-tuned suspension, active understeer control and larger front brakes.

Safety Equipment
