Nissan Versa Service Intervals

* Listed service intervals serve as a general guide and are not associated with the OEM. Please refer to your vehicle's owners manual for optimal recommendations for your specific model.

Nissan Versa service intervals are easy to keep up with when you work with our dealership's certified, factory-trained auto service team. The best way to get familiar with your schedule is to read the owner's manual section. It'll give you official recommendations for when to get oil changes, battery checks, tire rotations, and more. If you prefer to leave it to the pros, we'll send you reminders about your Nissan Versa maintenance schedule. The following suggestions are not model-specific, so be sure to check that owner's manual to know exactly when your model year's next service is.

15,000 Miles

The basics are the simplest to keep up with, and at 15,000 miles, it doesn't get more basic than this. To keep your engine running smoothly, we do an oil and oil filter change. At this interval, we'll also do a basic check of your battery, headlamps, and belts/hoses. If we spot any burgeoning trouble, we'll notify you right away and get your model back into great shape.

30,000 Miles

The transmission fluid of most models needs servicing by 30,000 miles. Other things that might need to be taken care of at this time include a brake system flush or air filter replacement.

60,000 Miles

You should know your model very well by 60,000 miles. This is a good time for intermediary services, including tire rotations and battery checks. Some people wait until the next service interval to get a full inspection, but it's not unheard of for some experts to recommend a full inspection of your shocks and struts at this point, too. If you drive in more rugged areas, they might also need service.

90,000 Miles

It's likely your model will need an oil and oil filter change at 90,000 miles, but the maintenance at this stage goes far beyond that. Inspections for your model include components like the propeller shaft, transfer case oil (if applicable), and brake lines, rotors, and pads.

120,000 Miles

At 120,000 miles, your model is due for some reconditioning through replacements of the engine air filter, brake fluid, and Intelligent Key battery. Other systems that might need service include the exhaust system, steering gear, linkage, and fuel tank vapor vent.

This is just a quick introduction to Nissan Versa maintenance. If you'd like more detailed and official information about your specific model year, please contact a technician in our dealership's auto service center.
