The five-passenger Altima is a great choice for families in the market for a reliable sedan. It's offered in five models: base, S, SR, SV and SL, which each offer unique options.

On the base model, buyers can look forward to remote entry, push-button start, Bluetooth connectivity, a four-speaker sound system, power accessories and cloth upholstery.

Four-Cylinder & Six-Cylinder Powertrain Options

The 2.5L four-cylinder offered on the 2017 Nissan Altima in Duluth delivers 182 horsepower and 180 lb.-ft. of torque. A 3.5L six-cylinder is also featured and produces 270 horsepower and 251 lb.-ft. of torque. Each engine is matched to a continuously variable transmission, and out of the two, the 2.5L four-cylinder offers the best fuel economy. An EPA-estimated 31 mpg combined, 27 city and 39 highway is achieved with the 2.5L engine.

Safety Equipment

Traction and stability control, antilock brakes and airbags are standard on the Altima.
