Welcome to Gwinnett Place Nissan's Altima Review

Nissan's flagship model, the Altima, is back for 2015 debuting very minimal upgrades. The sedan, which was redesigned in 2013, makes its way into the spotlight offering new standard features on 3.5 SV and SL trims, as well slight changes to the 2.5 SV and 3.5 SV trims. These enhancements include fresh technologies, interior materials and seating revisions that improve the 2015 Nissan Altima and boost its appeal. In addition to these offerings, the sedan comes with two incredible engines, providing optimal power, which you can read about in our 2015 Nissan Altima review below.

Like its 2014 counterpart, the 2015 Nissan Altima in Duluth is available with two incredible engines this model year: a 2.5L four-cylinder and a 3.5L V-6. The 2.5L is strictly outfitted on 2.5 models, delivering 182 horsepower and 180 lb.-ft. of torque. It can go from zero to 60 mph in 7.8 seconds and produces an EPA-estimated 38 mpg, benefiting drivers at the gas pump. In addition to this engine option, the Altima also comes with a 3.5L V-6 engine on 3.5 models. With the ability to exert 270 horsepower and 251 lb.-ft. of torque, it is the strongest engine offered on the lineup. It's further supported by an Xtronic transmission (also on 2.5 models), which provides top-notch performance across the roster.

On top of its exceptional powertrains, the 2015 Nissan Altima in Duluth sports a range of new features on a variety of models this year. Both 3.5 SV and 3.5 SL trims inherit a collection of standard features that attract new buyers. These components include NissanConnectSM with Navigation and Mobile Apps, lane departure warning, blind spot warning and moving object detection. Each of these additions work to improve functionality, and provide additional safety for drivers and passengers, reducing the risk of accidents. The 2.5 SV trim level also acquires a few new standard features, such as fog lights and black carpeting on beige interior models. Additionally, the trim receives two-way power lumbar support and an eight-way power driver's seat, which are also offered on 3.5 SV editions.
