Uplift your local community and uplift your spirits at the Summer Fun Festival. Taking place at Gwinnett County Fairgrounds, this event promises fun for everyone!
To enter the festival, all you have to do is make a monetary donation or donate school supplies, which will be distributed to underprivileged children in the Atlanta area. You can even choose to donate a gift card to be used for the purchase of school outfits and shoes.
Several activities are on the schedule for Lift Up Atlanta’s Summer Fun Festival, including arts and crafts, games, a silent auction, laser tag, knockerball and petting zoo. There’s also a Kids’ Fun Zone and live entertainment, including a magic show and music from DJ Skyrocker. In addition, you can browse products from lots of vendors. These and other activities are in store, so mark your calendars for Saturday, June 17, and join your community for a day of summer fun!
If you plan to donate school supplies, some of the most needed items include new backpacks, No. 2 pencils and pencil sharpeners with tops to collect shavings, ballpoint pens, and spiral-bound or composition notebooks.
