October is one of the most magical times of the year for children, with the trees changing to beautiful autumn hues and Halloween fun throughout the month.

Rhodes Jordan Park brings these two cherished aspects of October together in one fun event called Trick or Treat Trail. This year, the event takes place on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and it’s not to be missed if you have little ones who love the outdoors and the excitement of Halloween.

Trick or Treat Trail is appropriate for children 13 and under, and admission is free; however, one bag of candy per family is requested as a donation for entry.

Get your kids dressed up in their Ninja Turtle’s or Disney princess outfits and head to the park to take part in games, crafting, collecting candy at the event’s “haunted houses” and more. While admission is free, select activities do require a small payment, so bring a little cash if you desire to take part in all of the event’s happenings.

Trick or Treat Trail is enjoyed by hundreds of guests each year. Join your community in celebrating Halloween in a family-friendly environment.
